So…we’re not really product pushers here, but this stuff is AMAZING! Bear Naked Granola, banana flavor. Oh my goodness. A filling, healthy snack for those on the go. Good by itself, on yogurt or with milk. We do wish the company still had it’s independent roots but it was sold a while ago for a gazillion dollars to Kellogg. For something that tastes this good though, we’ll give it a pass!

Sunday November 13th was a wonderful day where yoga practitioners from all over came together in one room to listen to Baron and create an energetic yoga flow. Whether you want to learn about his teachings or you just simply want a great workout…it’s an amazing way to spend the day.
